1975 Volkswagen Transporter Type II1975 Volkswagen Transporter For Sale! This Vintage VW Transporter is an all-time classic! I hate to get rid of this as it was an unfinished project of mine. Money spentbody- $2000 new engine $3042 roof racks $238 new clutch 1/10 $912. 23 new battery 10/14 $248 fuel sending unit/filter fuel sending unit/filter 03/08 $417 new starter 12/13 $407 fuel pump $667 this is detailed list of what i have put into the bus. Total is $8280 and i am asking $7075 minimum for my. 1978 volkswagen transporter1978 vw bus i am the original owner. New engine put in april 1997. It has 35503 miles on it. In the last five years i have put clutch new battery new starter fuel sending unit and fuel pump. My mechanic estimated 10k still left on the tires. Passed smog 4/16 year. Comes with roof racks. There is only 78230 original miles! For 1978 bus collectors or a total restoration person. I do not want to trade for anything. Recent mechanical work by buslab in berkeley on 5/22/17 for $821. This is a project restoration for vw enthusiasts. Sunroof/Moonroof

1968 volkswagen type 3 squareback wagonthe car has the original solid floor. The car was disassembled to paint. All new rubber was installed including the gaskets under the back fenders and all window gaskets. New door hood and back hatch rubber was installed. The interior was redone with upholstery from tmi. This includes the headliner. New sunroof cables were installed. The squareback sunroof cables are longer than bug cables and very difficult to find. Brake lines calipers brake cylinders rotors and master cylinder have been replaced. The engine was replaced with a new case engine. The heads have recently been replaced as well as new weber carburetors. The car was originally tan with a brown interior. It was repainted an original vw color l 87 pearl white with a red interior. If i need to park down an incline i back in and the issue is not a problem. This is a nice driving car that has not been chopper or otherwise altered.
